Hi Mr. Y.K. Jung, Could you get more information about "booting fail" ? What does these user seen while issue happen ? From the log files, Android did sent "BOOT_COMPLETED" to application which means booting is completed. After Android system finish booting, the next step is to display "Home UI" to end user. Maybe Digicap review log first to check if there is anything wrong. Thanks ! |

Hi Kerwin These two issues were discussed with digicap and treated as no issue. We will update it again if there is an additional VoC issue. I'll check the BOOT_COMPLETED and deliver it to you if it doesn't exist. Thank you for your help YK.Jung |
